A fast-growing trading and business development company is seeking to recruit a dynamic Merchandiser for their Shenzhen office.
The successful candidate will likely possess the following attributes:
Requirements and Experience:
- Mandarin speaker, minimum 28 years old
- Major in English, International Trading or related careers.
- Diploma holder with 2 years above related working experience
- Excellent analytical, communication & negotiation skills
- Good command of written & spoken English, able to interact with all levels within the organization
- Good skills in Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.

Functions:
- Vendor management including evaluating and selecting new suppliers, current supplier's maintenance and performance
appraisal
- Helps Develop and implement the global sourcing strategy
- Leads and controls the overall quotation process and meet the business needs, maintains contact with vendors regarding
current status of purchase orders
- Sourcing of new vendors/suppliers and innovative products based on the given category assortments
- Merchandising product categories to determine the right products, styles/SKU counts, price points, etc.
- Researching technology, innovation or ‘what’s NEXT’
- Hunting for the potential and right merchandises
- Obtains and negotiates competitive pricing
- Elaborates a sound sourcing strategy with a good proposal to customers
- Identifies and resolves potential purchasing problems; follow up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery
- Maintains files and records of vendors, cost, purchase orders, and deliveries
- Performs miscellaneous job-related merchandising duties as assigned
2.accountant
Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily sales invoice checking and post for opened deliver note, Sales invoice and Performa invoice print and mail based on
customer request; invoice discrepancy solve.
2. Daily supplier’s invoice checking and booking from local and oversea supplier, and find out the invoice and copy it for
AP payment process weekly.
3. VAT invoice print, mail, collection, filing etc.
4. Responsible for Foreign exchange settlement.
5. Other duties as assigned by manager.
Job Requirments:
1. College degree and major in accounting.
2. Holding accounting qualified certification.
3. Familiar with Tax Authority.
4. Above 1 year relevant working experience.
